At Desire & You, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our luxury perfumes and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (personal and hygiene-based items), we do not accept returns once the perfume bottle is opened or used. However, you may be eligible for a return or replacement in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during transit.
- You received a defective or leaking bottle.
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with:
- A clear photo of the product,
- The outer packaging, and
- The invoice or order confirmation.
We will evaluate your request and guide you through the return or replacement process.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- The returned product is approved for refund after inspection.
- A refund is requested for an order that was cancelled before dispatch.
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Products returned without proper approval.
- Items requested for return beyond 48 hours of delivery.
- Fragrance preferences or dislikes (as scent is subjective).
We strongly recommend trying smaller quantities or sample packs (if available) if you’re trying our perfumes for the first time.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
